I recently picked up a Jawbone bluetooth headset.
Their noise cancellation technology is really incredible. They have a demonstration on their website on how well this thing works with crazy noisy conditions like wind, music and even a jackhammer. I didn't believe how good it would be until I tried it.
You may or may not like the looks of this thing (I bought the silver version). But the audio quality is what this baby is all about.
i may have to finally get a bluetooth headset (and get over my dread of looking like Lt. Uhura)
how is the battery life?
is it comfortable on the ear?
does it get too warm?

I love mine.
We're still virtual so I mostly work at home or in coffee shops.
At home I have a 5 year old and a 2.5 year old. They provide constant background noise that my callers never hear.
In coffee shops it's the same deal. No one hears background music or other people or the steam from the espresso maker.
It's quite comfy, I just leave it on. There's several different earloops and earpieces, it took some trial and error but I've got the fit dialed in. I look a little like the Borg, but the noise cancelling is so worth it.

In my search for a breath headset that really works and isrelatively comfortable to wear for an extended period I picked up a Cingular branded version of it. Gotta say that it is one of those all too rare) products that actually works as advertised. I do, however, wish it were a bit less conspicuous. Drawing attention to it-good for Jawbone advertising but not for me as I would prefer something less obvious
